1. Product delivery:
Product delivery will be carried out according to the shipping method that you will have chosen at the time of your order, that is to say:
- EXPRESS COLISSIMO France/Europe
- POINT ENLÈVEMENT PARIS ECONEVES 85 rue Daguerre 75014 Paris France
- Delivery by carrier for orders of bowls delivered on pallets
2. Terms of delivery :
In case of absence during the delivery at the address indicated by the customer, a notice of passage is deposited in the mailbox.
The customer must collect the parcel at the location and within the period indicated on this notice. In case of delivery by an independent carrier, an appointment will be arranged with the customer prior to the delivery. In case of absence of the customer, it will be the customer's responsibility to contact the carrier in order to arrange a new appointment.
Any false information or erroneous measure may be subject to an additional charge.
Possible delays do not give the customer the right to claim any compensation, delivery times may vary according to cases of force majeure discharging the seller from its obligation to deliver, such as fire, strikes, accidents, war, riots or the inability to be supplied due to climatic or transport problems.
Goods are shipped at the recipient's risk. Customers should always check their package upon arrival. Upon delivery and before signing the delivery note, the customer is required to check and unpack the package. If the package is damaged, the customer must indicate this on the carrier's delivery note and, in the event of significant damage or missing items, refuse delivery.
Reservations must be confirmed with the carrier within 48 hours by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt with the reference of the delivery slip and send a copy to ECONEVES at the following address: 85 rue Daguerre 75014 Paris France.
Thanks to the copy sent by the customer to ECONEVES, ECONEVES will deal with and initiate this dispute with the carrier.
In case of apparent defects, the customer benefits from the right of return under the conditions provided for in the terms and conditions.
3. Delivery costs:
The delivery costs are specified before the validation of the order and according to the country of destination:
We are at your disposal if you wish to confirm a delivery location.
If you wish to make a delivery outside of Europe or outside the EEC, the customer agrees to pay all taxes due on the import of products, customs duties, value added tax, and any other taxes due under the laws of the country where the order is received.
ECONEVES is free from any legal responsibility if the payment of taxes is not made by the customer.
4. Delivery times:
Delivery times in Metropolitan France are a minimum of 48 hours, working days on products in stock. On products that are not stocked in our warehouses, the delivery times are indicated and given during the consultation of the product page.
Should the lead times be longer, ECONEVES will inform the customer.
For availability reasons, an order can be delivered in several times.
The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the customer when the order is placed.
